Why Your Morning Routine Isn’t Working

Social media and productivity gurus made us believe that to be successful, we must get up early, do exercise or yoga, and be productive from the moment we open our eyes.

Basically, that the key to success is in our morning routine.

However, we don’t all have the same energies at the same times of the day. Getting up early to “do a lot of things” can ruin the moments that we could be really productive if we don’t know how to manage them properly.

Therefore, trying to be too productive when you are not used to it can make your brain overwhelm, and your morning routine would do the opposite of what you are trying to do: Block your brain and being unable to do anything at all.

The reason you are not productive enough is probably in your morning routine and correcting these mistakes can improve your days.
