My first five years started with local experiences with companies from my country, and after the pandemic, I started looking for international opportunities to keep working remotely.
While I was working with local companies, the interviews were almost the ones that most of you may know: You go to a place, introduce yourself, talk about your experience, and they test you in some way to see if you are a good fit for the company.
However, after I started looking for companies via LinkedIn and web pages, I realized something: The selection process for Software developers right now is ridiculous and nonsense.
