I don't think they should ever do a curation feedback, people are very sensitive and sometimes they think that they are more perfect than they actually are, I know many writers who prefer to leave what they write only on their profile because "they are not willing to deal with rejection" .

People who really want to improve and know what they are doing good or bad are looking for a way right now, with publications, with friends, with other blogs. I feel that curation is a more automatic form of promotion and not a way to tell you if you are doing something good or bad.
